Refund Policy. At our institute, we strive to provide high-quality tourism and hospitality training. We understand that circumstances may change, and students may request refunds. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Application Fees
All application and registration fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative processing and admission procedures.
2. Tuition Fee Refund Before Course Start
Students who withdraw from a course before the official start date may be eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees according to the following guidelines:
- 30 days or more before the course start date: 80% refund of tuition fees.
- 14–29 days before the course start date: 50% refund of tuition fees.
- Less than 14 days before the course start date: 25% refund of tuition fees.
3. Refund After Course Commencement
Once the course has started, refunds will be handled as follows:
- Within the first week of the course: Up to 20% of tuition fees may be refunded upon approved withdrawal.
- After the first week: No refund will be issued.
4. Withdrawal Procedure
Students wishing to withdraw must submit a written request for withdrawal to the institute administration. Refunds will only be processed after official approval.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days and will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, the institute may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Course Cancellation by the Institute
If the institute cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of all tuition fees paid or may choose to transfer to another available course.
8. Non-Transferable Fees
Fees paid for materials, field trips, uniforms, accommodation, or external certification may not be refundable once arrangements have been made.
9. Policy Changes
The institute reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students accordingly.
